- Please refer to Terms and Conditions before request for returns and exchange.
- Item(s) considered a defect only can be exchange with same product.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition.
- Items must be shipped back within 3 working days upon item received.
- Return can only be done one time per order number, means that any item(s) want to return shall be done by once.
- Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
- All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
SHIPPING FEES
- Cost for return item(s) shall be paid by the customer. June Kam Accessories will bear the cost if it is deemed as an error on our part.
- A store credit will be add to your account if June Kam Accessories bear the shipping cost.
REFUND
- We only refund in store credit term after we received and checked your returned parcel.
- There is no cash refund(s) are allowed. Refund(s) are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include on sale item.
